The sight lines are excellent from all points in the house. This is one of those times when having a venue that used to show movies is a real plus.
The only issue for Kabuki is the the traditional ramp from the pit to the stage used for certain key entrances and exits, including the big finish to Kanjincho. It extends a good distance into the orchestra section, and you couldn't see it very well from any of the balcony seats. But that would be a problem in any theater with front-facing balconies.
Greg and I definitely want to go back. The whole experience was so much nicer than the Kennedy Center. (Haven't been to the National recently to make the comparison.)
