It's always tough when our roles get reversed as parents age. Luckily you have employers who sympathize and work with you on this.
Here's hoping that October does not continue to be a sad month for you.
(And I remember Teri too. Not as well as you obviously, but I remember her funny stories and how it was always a joy to be around her.)
