Very pretty, especially in winter. I love winter beaches. :-) One of my oldest friends lives in Laguna Niguel. When Uncle Sugar was still paying me to travel, I always tacked a couple days vacation onto my California TDYs so we could get together. When I phoned her before departing the first TDY to visit her, she said gloomily, "I guess you'll want to see Beverly Hills." Since I'd flown in by way of LAX through brown air, my immediate response was, "Not particularly. Got anyplace around here with real sky?" Which is how I wound up taking tea on a hotel terrace in Laguna Beach thinking, "Wow, this is the American Riviera." For my money, the most goregous coastline in the world can be found at Vandenberg AFB. In all my years of bouncing around, I've never seen the like. But it's far too gloriously wild for a villa where Nereids frolic on the beach
