Sounds like it, doesn't it? :-P I think it was supposed to be a "Rabies Awareness Day". In this part of the world, the local raccoon and fox populations are subject to periodic hydrophobia epidemics. Which means people need to be aware of the symptoms, make sure their pets are innoculated, yada yada. But "awareness" isn't sexy, sooo... Hugs and headshakes, Jean Marie
